My Story
When I started my journey of fitness, little did I know that I’d fall in love with a lifestyle that revolves around health and fitness. I began working out with an ordinary mindset to just get fit but as I trained and trained hard, I loved seeing the transformation of my body into a better and healthy me. What happens when anyone starts fitness training is that the initial 2-3 months are the hardest. If you are able to stick with yourself and give 100% dedication to this initial period, then the rest of the journey doesn’t seem that cruel and eventually you start enjoying the process.
I believe that the foundation should be strong. I feel myself lucky to have had people around me who guided me properly when I began my physical training. Same way, I want to take this positivity, encouragement and discipline forward and be the guide and fitness trainer to those who really want to enter a healthier lifestyle.
My goal is not just limited to fitness but more than that.
I really want to bring about a change in the daily routines of people’s lifestyle and want to make physical workout a part of their daily lives.
